We’re committed to getting your MiRAZH™ order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship orders placed through MiRAZH.store.


Processing & Fulfillment

  • Each item is made especially for you at one of our global production facilities.
  • Orders are processed and sent to production within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Average production time is 1–2 business days, although some products may take up to 5 business days.

We use a global network of fulfillment facilities, allowing your order to be produced as close to you as possible for faster delivery and a lower carbon footprint.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced, it is shipped from the nearest available facility. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or customs inspections. The most accurate shipping options and estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your address and the available shipping methods.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the available delivery methods.
  • We may offer promotional free shipping based on order value or during special events.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey.


Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.

  • We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
  • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the order cannot be delivered, you may need to place a new order using the correct information.


Lost, Damaged, or Late Shipments

If your order is damaged, defective, or lost, contact us within 30 days of delivery. For eligible claims, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, with no physical return required.


Customs & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
